Any of you pros out there have a stationary package - other than business cards of course. I'm talking about letterhead, invoice/proposal sheets, envelopes, shipping envelopes, etc. Just curious to see if it's worth it. I'm debating letter head at the least and maybe thank you cards for clients.

Some of the things that you mentioned are good if you are trying to create a perception of professionalism. I have had letterhead and envelopes for years but in all honesty hardly ever use them. I had some shipping labels made and those get used frequently. With just about everything done over the internet I find that stationery is not much of a priority. When I do proposals I normally do them on my computer, bring in my logo and create a pdf to go the customer.
This sort of thing is not much of a priority for me. Others may feel differently but it really is all about what works for you. I doubt that having or not having stationery is going to seal a deal for you.

It mostly depends on hpw you do your business, if it's face-to-face, and you want to create a professional impression, then matching everything is the way to go. If, on the other hand, you do everything over the internet, and only send out (say) a confirmation letter, then I'd just go with a letterhead - which I think would be a minimum.

I've decided just to use my logo when creating invoices, proposals, use consistent fonts, etc., etc. It was a flash in the pan idea...I think the cost would outweigh the benefits. I can create the professional look and feel without having to spend a few c-notes on a stationary package.

I think the beauty of computers is that you can create your own stationary and print as you need it.
I have letterheads, comp slips, invoices and envelopes with my logo all ready to print as needed. For me, these are an important aspect of a professional looking business, but don't have to be a major expense.

I'm with Naomi. :) It looks professional & is easy to fix yourself nowadays. For my first ever photo contract I felt it should look someonewhat professional, so I ripped my website logo, put it as a letterhead in Word, designed the contract, exported to PDF & emailed to the client.
