I don't have any experience with them, but I heard about a site called http://www.smugsmug.com/ yesterday that can host still and video files.

I've used the free trial offer several times for posting videos.
Using windows movie maker with my G2 to produce them.

We use GravityLab (http://www.gravlab.com/) for audio and video hosting (http://www.gravlab.com/standard.html).

We couldn't figure out whether we wanted true streaming server functionality or progressive download form the cheap-o providers, but then we saw the difference and its worth getting the full on streaming support.

Cheers,

My images are usually larger than 100kb. video clip that small would be a gif animation. :D

free membership at vidflash will allow you automatically convert your video to flash and play it as a flash file which is more useful for the people with low speed connection, besides there will be something like a vip servesinf for the people who want to share videos (also convert) without using this watermarking and previewing
this is an example of video at vidflash
also there will be aviable of managing framrate and other quality parameters

Its now in developing yet.
