Canon RAW Format specification

I'm looking for the specification of the canon RAW format for the PowerShot S30 and for one of these camera : 1D or 1Ds or 10D or D30 or D60 or 300D.
May be you ask yourself why ?
Well the reason is that I have an S30 and I'd like to try the capture one raw converter on my raw files. Since C1 doesn't accept S30 raw files, i'd like to write a program which will be able to convert S30 RAW files to one of the RAW file formats accepted by C1. But to write such a program I need of course the specifications.

Does anyone know where I can find these specifications ?
Or are they secret ?
