I think we should make a forum section for this, after seeing the last thread, that looked like fun! I have a picture I took (in Italy as well) that I think has potential, but for some reason bores me. What would you professional Photoshoppers do to this picture? (Yeah....taking out the time stamp would help...I realized that.;)

I would crop the hazy skyline out. Focus on the main circle and get rid of all that faded looking backround.

Oh so don't keep the sky? I was thinking of making it more blue...but cropping it sounds like a better idea, since most of Rome is faded. Mind you this was taken with a Sony DSC-W1 almost 2 years ago =p.

Crop some of the sky, apply levels, color sat, and a bit of sharpening. There's still some leftovers of the time stamp but I didn't have time to remove it all.
You didn't indicate "Image Editing OK" but I did anyway, hope you didn't mind

You haven`t got image editing OK bellow your avatar but i presume it is,once you are asking for help.
Now,this is a very small file to work from but here is one take...

wow...yes...thank you! thats exactly what the picture needed! yes people can edit my images...i didnt know it was an option....ill put the OK up right away!
