Opp's I goofed

I thought it might be fun to have a place to show off our near hits if not for the tiny goof ..you know the ones where they look like they are eating the Christmas tree instead of decotarting it ,or maybe the birhtday pic ..that looks like shes eating the flowers ..Those are a couple of mine to start have fun and don't be embarassed and show you Opp's I almost had it shot !

Usually end up deleting these; I keep too many as it is but I did remove the offending twig in this one. That's forest fire smoke that's causing the haze.

Had I taken a couple steps one way or the other, and closed the aperture down a tiny bit (I still wanted the background one out of focus) I would have had a classic shot. Whoops. Actually I was being hasty because the farmer's house is just outside the frame, I'm on a busy road, and that bull staring at me was quite scary. They're big strong beasts you know!

I was shooting with a pro who was here for games this weekend and I was commenting on how I have such a hard time getting the horizon levels straight in my pictures...(ie my constant goofs)....LOL

His response was, do it regular and call it your "style"....LOL

Yes, it's a juvenile bald eagle. I've been known to photograph eagles on occasion ... or at least try to. ;)

Thanks Deb. I've got a huge file of blurry kitty shots that I just can't bear to delete. I'm not printing them out or sharing them (except here ;) ) but they are still too cute to toss.
