View Full Version : Could you tell me if our new site hits the spot?

I've been agonizing over it for months... I am trying to satisfy two very diverse audiences: music industry and corporates... with a bit of glamour/fashion thrown in...

Our old site was 'funky' and was highly popular with the muzo's -- but it was too bitty, and had grown clumsy.

I wanted to put together more of a "portfolio" feel -- without alienating the 'groundroots' music crowd.

Please help! I've even thought of binning the project altogether!

Even if you just write down FIVE WORDS that come to mind immediately when opening the site... this will help me a lot.

It loads the images far too slow for me to wait and I'm on a 9meg connection.

I like the design but it does seem a bit slow.

Guys, do you mind telling me what browsers you are using? Is it Explorer?

It seems to be an intermittent problem... I'm streamlining it again...

firefox 2 on a DSL connection. its slow and i dont like that it opens new windows.

I liked it, it ran the same on my explorer and firefox, wasnt that bad but a little slow when loading, i also think the opening extra pages is a little bothersum ill agree to that, but all in all i think its a nice site, improvement from the 1st, and i thought the fashion part on the 1st one was pretty cool too, good work.

I like the new design, but as other's mentioned it is rather slow loading.

Good things come to those who wait, but even better things come to those who make it so we don't have to wait ;)

Ah thanks guys! Your input is IMMENSELY appreciated.

I'm going to work on it for the Firefox guys this week... and I'll be back!
