Marigold after the rain

I took this on a rather bleak day and I like the raindrops on the flower I also loved how the background faded into nothing too.

Minimal editing, just some brightning and sharpening and a small crop to cut down on dead space up top.

Hmm....... my mum gave it to my son to plant and she told me it was a marigold. It looks more like a daisy to me! Anyway, I just called it what she called it lol. Thanks miniflash for looking and the comment!
