I'm looking for some good books to read to leanr more about photography and graphics design, since that's what i want to do with my life. Can anyone prescribe any good ones?

The books written by Bryan Peterson are excellent. Amazon has them.

Yes. Understanding Exposure is probably one of the most recommended books here. I am just finishing it and I understand why. I highly recommend it too. I just ordered two more of Bryan's books Friday from Amazon.

If Peterson wrote it, you WILL learn from it. Unlike a lot of books which are nothing more than the author saying "look what I can do"
