Hi everyone,
I recently went to a small rock show, at a local School of Rock and got over 300 photos (only 40 are usable, I used an MF lens for fun) The ex-owner ( was interested in getting some of my shots. She told me to email them.
Soo..right now I'm wondering what to do. I'm not completely sure what she wants.
I'm wondering:
-Does she want full size, or sample (down sized) photos?
-Am I going to be paid? It wasn't made clear, but from the conversation at the show, I could be getting paid.
Now I need to know, how should I word my email to her? I don't want to send photos just yet, so how should I go about writing the email?

Hi ___,
This is ___________. I am a friend of __________, I was the person taking photographs at the Radiohead show last Saturday at the School of Rock. You mentioned that you would like some of the photos emailed to you. I wasn't totally sure what you wanted when you asked me to email the photos to you, and full sized photos are usually too large in size to send by email, even as attachments. Can I email you downsized samples, so you can see how you like them?
If you would consider hiring me for photography work...*insert rates here*
I feel like I need to be putting something more, just not sure what. How does this email sound?
