I've just noticed this on ebay.
I know a lot of people in The UK buy more expensive lenses from "digitalRev" who ship from Hong kong.

I've just been looking at their prices and noted this:

EF 70-200mm L IS Lens £1089.99
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2988831195&category=46 87
This can be bought in The UK for £999.95 inc VAT

So if you are thinking of buying this lens, grab it in The UK

Understood, it has been pretty chilly across the UK these past few days :D
