I love my primes but still need to replace my poor quality 28-90 kit lens and was thinking about one of these. You can see below my lens that I have not does anyone know which one is better opticly?
The 24-85 is exactly $100.00 higher in price.

The 24-85 complements your 70-200 well and they share the same filter size. It's an internal focusing type (the lens barrel doesn't rotate when focusing or zooming). I don't know if the 28-105 is the same.
Plus, that extra 4mm at the wide end makes a difference.
