Local sections?

Since so many members are on this site, I think that local sections would be a huge help. Some of these posts get knocked off the front page before a few days is even up, and we end up having a thread (see the Florida one) that goes stale for 2 weeks and then reactive.

Being worldwide, there's probably too many "local" groups that could be made. It would probably be an idea to subscribe to your own thread and keep abreast of it that way.

There has to be SOMETHING better than what it is now though, and most members don't know what subscribe is. We need to get an idea to present before the admins to suggest IMO.
