I have someone with a bunch of clothes that need to be photographed and I'm just trying to get an idea of how much to charge for something like this. And hourly rate? If so, how much? Flat fee for the job? Also, if you have any tips on how to execute this, I'd appreciate that too. Thanks!

Day rate. Plus expenses. Plus usage rights for the image.

If you want to do it the way real commercial photogs do it.

I know this is always an annoying question to ask becasue you have to figure in location, experience, what other people are charging in the area and all, but any ideas on what actual numbers I should go with? i was thinking something hourly, but not too high (this person is a sort of friend/acquaintance)...$50-60/hr?

New! See "Day rate against space" in NUJ Freelance Fees Guide. This is oriented toward UK photographers, but the info should be of general interest to everyone.
