well , the glass here is more '' matte " and it has also have a little spot . i wanted to know whats the reason maybe i storage the lens wrong...

I don't know about that lens, but you have something on the current lens, or the sensor, as it looks like dust. There are spots on both pics you posted! Ok, probably same pic, but also same spots. lol

could be a spot of fungus with mycelium? or condensation?

A mycelium is a mass of hyphae, so doubtful.
