How do I create a poll?

As easy as what the tittle ask you guys.. ..
I don't see any choices in here to create the poll. . .

Start new thread.
Scroll down toward bottom, below Manage Attachments.
There is a section for Post a Poll. Check Box.
Click Submit Post and continue creating the poll.
