This is my son, on his birthday yesterday. He's 3 now!!!! anyways it was a quickly and I was slanted a bit.... I can't seem to get it straight.....

It's not just slanted, the perspective needs adjustment to get the door straight. I assume that's what you want to do. Rotate it to ge the bottom of the door straight and level, then select all and do an edit-transform-perspective in PS to straighten it out. You may want to play around with the other transform options to get the best results.

just a quickie. an edit rotate the door will have a vanishing point from the perspective.
bumped a few things as well.

Here are my 2 cents, hope you like it. Straightened the door with free transform, adjusted levels, curves, and a slight USM.
Edit: Replaced the image.

I would do seperate curves on the plaster vs the other stuff. I'd like to see the texture remain, if not be intensified.

Measure tool along the bottom step, then rotate image arbitrary
Show Grid
Select all
Transform distort
Drag all corners until all verticals and horizontals are in line with the grid
Double Click
Also adjusted exposure and shadow/highlight tool
Crop
