I am wondering if it is possible to print a stitched together landscape shot across multiple sheets say 2 or 3 8.5x11 sheets in ZoomBrowser EX? Or is there another way to do it?

The best way to print between sheets is to devide the image up and print as separate shots.
The best way to merge the prints (unless you are really good at getting the boundaries lined up) is to mosaic the prints together as follows.
Print with about a 1 inch overlap in the printed area.
Starting with the centermost print, which is left as is. In a clockwise manner take each matching section of the print and using a razor blade cut a wavy pattern into the print. The depth of the cut should go through the emulsion, but not the base paper. Then fold back at the cut and starting at one side peal the base paper back from the emulsion so that you have a feathered edge where the images line up. then glue together (rubber cement recommended)
[when cutting if a curved line in the image presents itself follow that line]
[when cutting the wavy line do not go closer then 1/8" from edge or farther then 1/4" from end of overlap]
Do each print in turn.
The reason for starting in center is so the prints should line up when done (you hope).
I hope the above is understandable, best I can do without pictures and it is very time-consuming to take them of myself.
