Unfortunately no, but at least this all good expierence when something finally comes around :) OR maybe someone will purcahse them!

Best thing to do in this situation is get both drivers to give you their insurance company details and also give the drivers your name and address and tell them you have photographic evidence. Insurance company's pay handsomly for this kind of evidence, at least they do in the UK anyway.
Another good reason for always carrying a camera :)

I thought about that, but didn't do it :( maybe next time ;)

It can't hurt to try to make a few bucks! It would make sense, as the INS agency can't always be right there at the scene at that time; as the police have to move all the clutter quickly to get the traffic on the move asap.
