Unfortunately I don't have a story worth typing out. This was, FWIW just a normal conversation between 2 friends it seemed. The photo is of just that split-second before the guy on the left raises his hand to shake and they part ways.
I just like how the photo freezes the action and it seems as if the man has been waiting for a handshake for a while now...I also like how it seems like the guy on the left seems oblivious to the outreached hand :)

Well frozen! Interesting image 'cause it makes me wonder what they were saying to each other. There's a fair bit of body language there for interpretation. Nice :)

Thanks, the Germans make it easy....typically very passionate when they speak. A candid shooters dream :p
I really wish I started doing this (got into SLR) when I first joined the military 8 years ago....I have been all over the world and it would be nice to show folks where I've been not by the normal scenery shots you get from people traveling....but with candid shots of the local communities. Oh well, I have a lot of traveling left to do :)
