My 3rd wedding in 7 days, and I'm starting to feel it. Sore back, sore feet and a bit of a head ache. :(
Thought I would throw up a few from yesterday for opinions, feedback and critique.

love them. not as keen on the last one. Just out of curiosity do you do borders on all your proofs & if yes why and what advantage do you find to doing this.
thanks

I put borders on all the images I post on my blog, and I generally only post those same images here on POTN. I use an action to do it, so it hardly takes any time at all, no real disadvantages that I can see.

I like them all except the last one, the bride looks kind of "Halloween-ish" in it. In the first one is he styling his hair or pulling it out?:)

That last one is from the speeches at the reception - a particularly funny moment, but I guess you had to be there. :D
A simple portrait of the bride I snapped aafter she was seated at the reception:

Excellent work. I can't suggest any way to improve, they all look great! :) Last one isn't a favorite.

i love the reception one. wow!! i would love that if it were me. Do you print out proofs with your border? i know its not the norm do do proofs but where i live people get very cranky without a picture to touch.

Great job on the photos. I'd like to know what benefit you get from having a blog from a business point of view? How much time does it take and is it worthwhile for the bottom line? I can see the social benefits though. It's fun and gratifying.

Great stuff, I think you did great. How on earth can you handle 3 wedddings in one week? I'd be dead to the world!

I like them, I totally "get" the last one - although to me it looked like she was dancing....

It's all about building my brand - which is essentially my name. It's an opportunity to get some initial wedding shots up really quickly. I typically upload 8-10 of my favorite shots as soon as I get home from a wedding. It probably takes 30 minutes of my time and the benefits are becomming apparent more and more.
My stats show that my blog is drawing more and more unique visitors every week, and I've received some really encouraging emails from people who say they check my blog regularly and love my work. People like this become evangelists for my business - free of charge. They share the link and talk about my work, it's amazing!
It also gives me the opportunity to share some bits and pieces of personal nature to my current and potential clients.
I think there are any good reasons not to blog!

I'm taking today (Monday) off.
I have another wedding next weekend, so I'm trying to stay fresh for every one - it's a challenge I'm really enjoying.
