I have developed a photo gallery software package which allows you to easily manage your photos and thumbnails and present them to the world. It's called PhotoGal and it is now ready for free release. PhotoGal aims to provide powerful tools for presentation and management of your precious photos while remaining a very simple tool to use. It's developed in PHP and you can download it from the following site. There is also an example gallery on this site, too.
