RC2 thumb & microthmb problems

After I upgraded to RC2 and all of its fixes, I found that I do not have the thumbs and microthumbs show up after I upload photos to server and to EE.

What should I check?

Reinsert and save ftp passwords.
Check that correct graphics engine is active.
Check that each path has correct ftp server and resize method selected.

Reinsert the password for ftp server solved the problem.
