I think that it is a very well composed shot and nicely exposed. Tell me where it is so that I can nip over in the summer and take the same picture with glorious greens and blues and a few sheep in the field then come home and post it here!

It really does look lovely and I suppose the mark of any decent landscape shot, makes me want to go and have a look!

I like the shadows in teh background as well, although I find the tree on the right hand side a little distracting. Demonstrates amazing DOF, but overall I really find myself wondering what is behind the tree. Would be interesting to see the same shot during different days/seasons.

You find Your own Sites Martin!(LOL).It does look nice later in the year covered with Buttercups and other Meadow flowers. You would be more than welcome in leicestershire.
