Problem with C1 Exif

Hello!

Not sure if i'm doing somethong wrong with C1, but
EE won't read exif if it's a C1 original file, i need to save the file from C1 with another prog (using PSP) in order to have EE read my exif data.
It looks like PSP cleans exif a bit and removes a lot of "Unknown" tag lines

This is using PHP or Internal exif readers.

I've seen this, too. Will investigate. The safest bet for getting EXIF into files is to use "Save as.." in Photoshop, Breeze, PSP or Corel.

PSP is paintshop pro, correct? what version? i'm running a rather old version and do key in some info for the pics but then when i view that info, it's all moved from the specific fields to the generic comment block... i'm not sure if its something i'm doing or a bug in the version i have...

is there another program that will do nothing but put in exif data in the pictures??

Correct, i'm using version 8, it's a nice and cheap alternative to photoshop on windows (i really like the photo enhancement tools)
