hmmm, OEM copies? I don't know if photoshop even comes an an OEM???????
It makes no mention of an original CD it also states that you cannot register the software, which sounds like piracy to me.
Its also sent from Russia and 'can' take 6 weeks to deliver .
i would avoid this at all costs! Do you want to give these people your credit card number??????

I agree, I noticed that they also said this was listed as a "backup"
like the ole saying goes "if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is"
no don't think I'd trust them with my card numbers. I was just curious if anyone else had heard of them I got it as a spam e-mail. that should tell ya something right there.

OEM usually means Original Equipment Manufacturer. In the case of Photoshop CS that would be Adobe. Their claims that because it is OEM it doesn't come with a manual or box is pure BS.

Also found out that in the world of software OEM is used to refer to the software that comes pre-installed on your computer and is not for RESALE, for example windows XP that is on your computer when you buy it is OEM because say HP or Dell bought it to install on the computer and than transfered the license to the purchaser

If that's the case, then it should be shrink wrapped or in a disk envelope with the serial number on the ouside so it can be activated/registered.

None of these are licensed sofware.. this is piracy pure and simple. They sell "backups" with a disclaimer that you can only use it if you hav allready purchased the license... in the case of a program like PSCS you'de never get it activated...
