Recent model shots I've taken...

Here are some shots from the last month (started doing this in early october and just started school). I'm definitely seeing some improvement in my work as I'm getting more comfortable with my camera. Flash was used on the top 4 photos. Any constructive criticism is appreciated... Thanks everyone!

You might get some better feedback posting in Glamour and Nude photo sharing section - a lot of very good model photographers there.

it seems my priveleges are locked or something where I can't post in the glamour nude section, I then tried sending a message to the webmaster and got the same message. WTF?

I cannot see the images, seems like wherever they are hosted is timing out on me. You need 500 posts to post in the G&N section. There is a sticky in the top of the group explaining it and how to get access before your 500 posts.

The images *just* came up before hitting the reply button, great shots. Reference this post in with your request for G&N access and you shouldn't have any problems.

#1 and #4 are terrific, amazing clarity, color, focus. I like the others with the exception of the skin texture. It's getting a bit too smooth for my tastes.

As to the G&N section I understand there is a minimum posting requirement that can be over ridden. It does take a while to get them though, they are really busy folks. I'm sure they will respond in time.

You might want to try Photocamel (http://www.photocamel.com/forum/fashion-models/2534-glamour-erotic.html) they have a great glamour/nude section, and there's no minimum post requirement.

I don't know if it's your model or your photography skills but I'm really liking the sixth image. The porcelain-like skin tone on your model and the snowflakes work wonderfully together.

Yes the model in the snow is superb. over all though they are all good and what I really like in your style is you use (as i would) high color contrast feel.

Wow, that's interesting. I have the 70-200 f4L and a 60mm macro but have been contemplating another lens to do such work (project coming up) and on the list is the 85mm f/1.8 so now looking at your shots i wonder what is best for me.

This will be used on the Rebel Xt

Didn't realize there was a minimum post requirement? Is that just for the nude section? What's the reasons behind that?

All of those are great shots. You've got some very nice skills and tallented models. I think I'll look into getting the 17-55/2.8 to replace my 18-55/3.5-5.6 kit lens.

I think the post requirement is because they want to limit the number of "she's hot" posts as much as possible. People with the 500 post or more I guess are seen as people who will actually pay attention to the lighting, composition and key features instead of the scantily clad areas of the model's body.
