This tree, I shot a 2 months ago on a foggy morning after the snow and just before it started raining. What do you think about the composition? And further...?

That is an excellent shot and an amazing subject. I really like the way it is framed and a little off center. Have you tried it in B&W - just curious - might be an interesting effect.
I'm not usually a big tree person, but this is an exception to my rule. Great job.

I didn't yet try B&W but here it is, based on Mr. Clean's suggestion. I took the blue channel, and then used curves to lighten the picture (with a curve bended upwards).
This now certainly washes out a lot of the detail, but I like the graphical nature it gets now.
What do you think?

I agree - washes out some of the detail but not necessarily a bad thing with this shot. I would keep one of each - print them together - kind of the Warhol affect. :-) I do like it though.
