Ok the WB on the ice, you do it with which lens and at what iso, which mode, which speed? If you use a zoom, 70-200 lets say,do you focus manually?I am doing the manual wb, but not too sure I am doing it right. Also, my shot show up underexposed in the computer although they look fine on my viewfinder. Any suggestions?

I always use the lens I will be shooting with to set my custom w/b. You can use any ISO/Aper./Shutter setting that will give you a proper exposure to use for your custom w/b. I use my XTi and 70-300 and use auto-focus with c/f 4-1. Are you shooting in RAW? If so this could be why they look ok on LCD but underexposed on computer. Hope this helps a little.

dodo -- most important thing to me is that you've really captured nice action, good timing. I think those are great shots.
agree w/ jmitch about CF4 and *, and also on white balance. I don't use RAW - too much work for too little gain, in my view. If you can get the white balance & exposure right in camera, JPG should be just as good as raw.
here's how I set exposure: M mode. widest aperature you've got. ISO1600. Start at 1/500, take a shot of just ice, look at the histogram. It should be one big bar, way over to the right. If it's all the way over to the right, you can move the shutter speed higher (or the ISO down a little). If it's more than 1/2 stop away from far right, then you need more light - either ISO 3200, or an f2 lens, or, last resort, slower shutter.
Again, I really like your shots.
