Thanks

I like 1 or 3 the best. I think those are the better in regards to exposure and composition.

My 2 cents:
1- don't take this the wrong way, technically it's a great exposure, but subject-wise, just another butterfly shot
2- great dof and clarity, but because the background birds are red, they still, even blurred, take away and distract from the main subject. the red neck on the right even begins to overpower the subject.
3- is another great shot, but the darkish background in top, to me, sorta brings the mood down
4 - is my choice. It has character. The background color is complimentary great, and the superb bokeh makes it better. it even looks like the plant has its head "drooped in sadness." /Dan

That last photo is definately something different, and I like it a lot.
The picture of the flowers has great colors and the lighting is great.
Nice photos

#1 a very easy choice. It has great DOF for your subject and a non distractive background. #2 and #4 has bright parts in the background taking away from your subject, and #3 has an ambiguous/undefined subject.
I would strive for more pictures like #1 - simple and uncomplicated.
