i went home for 20 days, it was a nice stay.

this was shot with my 20d and a plastic kit lens!

It might help if you can explain why you had the ISO cranked up to 1600. What were you thinking?

He probably just forgot to turn it down and didn't think to reset it. I like the image, although the hotspot from the sun is kinda overbearing. This would be a great place for you to have done an HDR.

Looks like NYC. Think that's Hell Gate Bridge in the foreground to the lower right.

home is LI NY, thats on the white stone br. me and my sister went to the bronx zoo with her kids. that last spot we were in was the reptile house. with the crappy kit lens not letting in enough light i cranked up the ISO so i could not worry about camera shake......

so in the car on the way back i just grabbed the camera and shot 3 frames.... its a loose edit too, just a quick curves adj.
