Can't edit "System files" in "Utilities"?

I would like to change/add e.g. links in the header. When trying to do this via the "utilities" in the admin section, the editor won't open.

There is an info from Pekka on top of the editor page saying: ""File editor needs "EE Home FTP Server" ftp access and that it has correct ftp folder to EE root." But I don not understand, what I have to do? :confused:

Look at the heading "SETTINGS" and choose "FTP SERVERS".
There you have to configure your FTP-host in the second line "EE Home FTP servers". After saving try the testbutton on the right and as all the items are green the server setup is correct.
