Hey folks. I got my flash 430ex a couple of months ago and didn't really know how to use it efficiently since the manual wasn't cutting it for me. Anyway, I bought a bluecrane DVD instructional movie and demystified all the topic regarding 1st/2nd sync, strobe, lighting-setup, slave/master, and lighting in general.
