Recently , i've seen a very small red dot at the bottom left edge of my photos taken by my canon A80. And the dot appears on EVERY photo. Is this a warm/dead pixel? How can I replace it cheaply? Of course, is it such a big deal at all? Thats 'cos I spent 4 months and 1000+ photos with the camera before I noticed it. And it does'nt seem to bother me too much. What could be the reason for a dead pixel? Will more such pixels appear on the camera?

if it is what you think then it probably isnt worth getting it repaired unless it can be done under warranty. You could just get rid of it using photoshop or something on importaint shots :)
