Saving in bulk on PSE4

I need to save pictures from my organizer to an external hardrive. Is there a way I can save them ni bulk, rather than having to do it individually?

like explorer as in through the internet..?

Windows explorer...simply select the files you want by holding the ctrl key and selecting with the mouse....then drag and drop them to the file on the new drive.
