Best picture hosting site ???

I was wondering what is considered the best picture hosting website. I acn't find rates for use before signing up and don't really want to pay anyway. I have had a look at flickr which is free for a basic account but not sure what that entitles you too.

Anybody got any suggestions?

i have been with Smugmug for three years now, and i've loved it from the start. they've just released a whole new set of features to the site (read article about it here (http://www.techcrunch.com/2007/01/22/smugmug-the-anti-web-20-company/))... It can be a little expensive if you plan to go with the Pro package, but it's worth it IMO.
