do you think canon will still include it on the spring rebates?

They extended the fall rebates, so I don't know if they will have spring rebates this year.

i know they extended the fall ones.. but typically they have fall and spring rebates each year. i dont have the extra cash right now for the 5D but i need an upgrade by may-ish next year

They extended it by about a month. Big deal. Spring rebates go from April 1 or 15 to July 31. There will be spring/summer rebates but there may not be any camera on the rebate list since Canon doesn't often put the 1-series with rebates.
