NO IT CAN'T BE.
I'VE PAID £$XXXYZ FOR MY STATE OF THE FART LENSE AND DIDGITAL BODIE, THIS LENSEY IS SOFT WIDE OPEN AT 49.897MM
Teh line I have focused on is soft and therefore my lens is front to rear focusing when I stand on my head and use a shutter speed of f18mm and an aperture of 240ISO!!1

Please set RTFM levels to 1 before pointing-and-shooting!
What I'm trying to say is...
I changed my avatar........... and regardless of your level of ability, it's easy to get sharp images from more or less any lens. Take some pics, don't test until your eyes bleed.
