IXUS 800IS vs. F30 which one?

I already have A610 which now my wife is using :D. I am in search of yet another camera and considering IXUS 800IS and Fuji F30.

About what I am looking for in a camera, I need a compact carry anywhere camera which possible excellent image quality and occasional night shots.

how does, Fuji F30 and IXUS 800IS compares?

question is, is buying new memory important, and would you rather have IS or higher ISO? the f30 has an image quality curve similar to an slr, but there is no IS. if you shoot buildings w/o a tripod, 800 may be better. if you don't have/want xD cards, 800 is better. if you want useable iso 800 and decent 1600 and 3200, f30 is the only way to go
