Hey all,

I have a 24-70 2.8 I want to swap for a 17-40 F4 plus cash. Both lenses here in the UK new are:

17-40 F4 : £679.98
24-70 F2.8 : £1,139.99

That's a price difference of £460.01 but this is too much for both being second hand, what would you say is a fair price for the difference if both lenses were in perfect condition?

Thanks for any input!

Thanks markblumica, it does help. I guess anywhere around £400 plus the 17-40 would be a good swap for the 24-70?

cool, thanks!

.... don't suppose you're interested in a nice 24-70 eh? I know you already have one but errrr, it's always really handy to have two! ;) :D
