View Full Version : thumbs and microthumbs sized to 1024pix!!!

Uh...what the hell did I do wrong this time. Everytime I upload, my thumb and microthumbs become the same size of the original image at 1024pix across. I don't think I did any setting change to have caused this. The "resized methods" has not changed...I checked.

Check Your path settings and see what resize method is selected for the thumbs and microthumbs.

I rechecked that at least 5 times already. *sigh* It is using ImageMagick 150 and microthumb is 60. Seems OK.

OMG, it's a permission problem.

Pekka, curious...is there a reason why ImageMagicks need chmod 777 instead of 644 on images? Does it write something to the original images?

Sorry for picking up this too late, good to hear you solved it by yourself! :)

No, originals are not written. IM reads the original image from UPLOAD and places resized image to UPLOAD/ee_temp_upload/. Then ftp picks resized image up and delivers it to size path, and PHP deletes the temp image.
