I was watching techTV the other day and I saw the new Nikon with the wireless setup, COOL, I wish Canon would do the same thing, maybee that will be on there next 1ds.

i think he probably means the wi-fi ftp capability of the d2h.

although it would have been nice to have an infra-red remote control in the 10D like they put in the 300D.

The show you were watching was it called one shot and it was on bio channel. I was watching it on fri The bio channel is getting cool shows on photography.

Big difference between wireless shutter release and complete remote management including uploading and downloading images. The Nikon is an 802.11b WiFi interface option connected to the USB port on the camera. This requires a host USB controller and of course the WiFi bi-directional radio. Not a huge engineering task and I’m sure Canon will provide such a capability soon.

sorry, yes I mean wireless downloading of the images as there being taken like the 2h
