I know.. it's the "other" brand..
But it was interesting to see the difference a pro body offers Vs. the 10D... (which in turn got me even more "stoked" for the MkII 8) )
Af was "wicked fast" (using an 85mm f1.8 Nikkor)
...and 8FPS...   homina..
Did not get to see any of the images,. a press photog was here taking pictures of Barry Bostwick and Kate Burton who are doing a reading along with a performance of a new peice of Calssical Music.
He was all together too freindly and accomodating :) actually handed me his livelyhood right after I asked, "is that the D2H? "
He said he did not like the ISO noise.. he really pines for ISO 800 film which he felt was far superior. (I think Canon does a little better in this regard. )
It was lighter than Imagined (lighter than the 1D bodies I think) but a joy to handle.
Mostly it made me wish I had my freaking camera! (Either of them).. would have been nice to get a shot with "Brad"
And the 85mm f/1.8 was nice
