JUST KIDDING !!!!!! I know most of you are about to loose it over this question so wanted to get you going
I do have a question though, do you guys save a JPEG in your raw file, I set it up to do this but never use the jpeg so thinking of changing it back.

You really don't have a choice in that, do you? The best you can do is save a small JPG in the RAW if you want to keep the RAW file size down.

I thought you did have an option, may have to get the book back out. Every time I think I need to read the book some more, I end up taking pictures instead.

Do what I do. Just take pictures of the book pages. Then you can kill two birds with one stone. And, if you save the CF card, i.e. not use it, then you can have your book with you every where you take your camera for quick and ready reference in the field.

On the 10D you only have the option of selecting the size of the JPEG and not the option if whether to save a JPEG or not.
