How do you approach....

As the weather begins to show signs of the upcoming springtime... I would like to start going more to the local parks and begin photographing individuals. Now this may have been discussed here before, but... how do you approach a complete stranger and ask if you can take their photo? Do you have them sign releases? How often does a person say "no"? Etc...

It would kind of be a hard topic to search (not justifying your lack of eyes on the post i linked you to :wink: :lol: ) but there are quiet a bit of threads around here on the topic.
