Or, rather, that machine at the Opthalmologist's office. Found myself around a lot of these lately, though I had never seen one in person before Tuesday. My wife's having some laser treatments to help with her diabetic retinopathy (they basically fry the peripheral retinas, though most people apparently don't notice a difference afterward, and it's not the most unpleasant surgery one can have by far). Today though, I finally got the chance to shoot one, while her pupils dilated.

Very nice. I like compositions like this. I would have liked pin sharp focus on one of the dials though. It's a bit hard on that shot to see where the focus point actually is...

I would like to see the whole thing sorta oof. Sorta like looking through the eyes of someone who needed to be in the office.

haha, except then I'd have to shoot the other side of the machine, and it's not nearly as interesting from the other side :D
