Nice .. I used to watch my Grandfather color by hand on prints... I need totake a shot at a colored B&W one of these days

Just one quick pointer for your B/W conversion: it would be nice to see real black and white in the picture. It seems all gray to me now. Increasing the contrast would do just that :)
