I just wanted to know if anyone had any information about canon coming out with an image stabilizer on there SD900 or any 10meg with image stabilizer

From reading about Canon stuff from other sources, none that I'm aware of, no rumors as of yet.

oh thanks I really wanna get the 900 but people are saying that you should wait for an IS model

I wouldn't bother with the 900 at this point. The SD800is is far more practical with the wider angle and the IS. The 900 is reputed to create undue noise in comparison to the 800.
