Price for 2"x3" pic for ad in mag (80k circ)

I know everyone is probably sick of answering the "how much should I charge" question, but I will go ahead and ask one anyhow. Its kind of specific:

for use in an ad. The picture will be part of an ad that has one main picture at the bottom and three pictures across the top. My picture will be one of the top pictures and will take up approx 2"x3" on the full page ad. The ad will be for Racer X illustrated (popular national motocross mag) with a monthly circulation of ~ 80K. What do you think a fair price is for this use?
