Why do skodas have a rear wash wipe ?

Interesting picture. Only thing that bothers me is that I can still see the building and stuff through the windows.

I wish I knew what a skoda was so I COULD make a joke about it. I've never even heard of it. Is that the brand/model of the car?

JT, yep, Skoda is the brand of the car, based in the Czech Republic. The Octavia is basically the twin of the previous VW Passat (i dont think its sold in the US??) but with slight differences.

They used to be a real joke (the cars that is) but now they are making some good reliable cars, mainly based on VW running gear I believe.
I still wish they made the badge smaller though... :-)

JT, yep, Skoda is the brand of the car, based in the Czech Republic. The Octavia is basically the twin of the previous VW Passat (i dont think its sold in the US??) but with slight differences.

The new Octavia is based on the current VW Golf platform, not the Passat. The Previous Octavia was based on the MK4 Golf. The Skoda Superb uses a slightly extended Passat floorpan.

Nice car Scuff, although i think the current vRS needs to be a bit lower.
I have the previous Octavia RS which has been slightly tweaked to around 225 BHP. It's seen over 150mph on a German Autobahn ;)

a friend of mine has a seriously moded Vrs saloon, its 5 years old but goes like stink, stage 3 head, T6 garrett turbo, Porshe Brakes all round, makes 350BHP at the wheels, too much for a front wheel drive car to my mind but sounds the biz. Only thing is it's Yellow, shame. Will take some pics of it when i see him next.
