Metz 60 CT4 Trigger Voltage Question

Hi, I was wondering where the trigger voltage comes from on the Metz 60 CT4 flash unit. Does the Power pack make any change to the trigger voltage?

The reason I ask, is because I have purchased the Metz 60CT4 to use on my Canon 30D camera a few months ago. So far it works fine.

I purchased the Metz 60 CT4 2nd hand. But it comes with a Powerpack with Metz 60 CT1-2 written on the powerpack.

I just want to make sure that the trigger voltage is not going to be high because of the powerpack I have.

Is there a dedicated 60 CT4 powerpack?

:) If the trigger voltage is 5v (which it is for the 60CT4) it doesn't really matter where it comes from !

As far as I can tell, there is only one battery pack for the 60 series.
